Head of Operations
Ronnie Ware currently serves as the head of HMG's facilities services. With over 20 years of experience in law enforcement and entrepreneurship, 17 years as a former member of the United States Secret Service, and over 100 hours of leadership training from The University of Tennessee at Martin, Mr. Ware is well qualified to run the facilities operations at HMG. Mr. Ware possesses managerial and leadership skills and has extensive experience administering government contracts and overseeing facility services.
