Employee training and ensuring the safety of our clients and employees are top priorities at HMG. Our clients can depend on all of our employees to be properly screened before being placed in their office, school, or community. Each employee is drug-tested and agrees to a background check before offered employment. We also ensure that all HMG employees have been rigorously trained and educated on the proper techniques and duties and responsibilities of their job descriptions. In addition, all of our staff are required to complete 30 hours of training on an annual basis. Our company is also fully bonded and carries both worker's compensation and liability insurance.
